Login to Studio and make sure you have an event showing.
From within Studio check the dates of your event. Only events that are due to start within the next 7 days, or have finished within the past 7 days will be available within Oztix Check-in.
If you were not the creator of the event, your Studio account will need to be linked to the event in order for it to show up in Oztix Check-in.
Login to Studio and make sure the event you want to download is listed.
If you are unable to see the event in Studio then contact the creator of the event and ask them to add your email address as a User within Studio.
