The guest could not be added
Guest has attempted to enter more than once
Question the Guest – determine if he may have purchased a scalped or fraudulent ticket.
Guest is attempting to enter on the wrong day of a multi-day event
On the Scan Tab – Check the event name at the bottom – it should include the day/date
The wrong event has been downloaded to Oztix Check-in
On the Scan Tab – Check the event name at the bottom
A filter has been applied on the Guest List tab, and “Apply Filters to Scans” is switched on.
Go to Settings and set “Apply Filter to Scan” to off and see if the ticket scans.
