You are mis-typing your Scanning Pin

Your scanning pin is different to your Oztix studio password. If you have forgotten your scanning pin or wish to change it, you can do so from Studio.

Log into Studio select any available event, open theOztix Check-In tab and check or edit your scanning pin from the table.

Your user is not setup for Oztix Check-in

Head over to the quick start guide to set up your user. Please wait 5 minutes after setting up to ensure everything has synced.
